Barracuda collaborates with Microsoft to take Microsoft 365 Backup to a new level
As a 20-year veteran of the backup market with solutions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, Barracuda Networks is pleased to be working with Microsoft on the new high-availability APIs they are developing for Microsoft 365 backup.
Barracuda’s engineers see an opportunity to use the new Microsoft 365 APIs to enhance our native solution, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, for high-availability backup and recovery of Microsoft 365 data.
In January 2021, Barracuda announced the latest version of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup with a new platform based on Azure that delivers a fast search and restore experience for Microsoft 365 data, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup was named the overall winner in the Data Protection and Management category of the CRN Products of the Year in 2021, and then Barracuda received the highest overall score in the Data Protection Software category of the 2022 CRN Annual Report Card, as well as the highest score in all four subcategories. Both awards were based on input from channel partners.
